He is guilty - employers know very well they are presented with fake id’s. I mean come on, guy comes in doesn’t speak English has the SSN of a random dude. They all know and accept it as a given. In Europe if you are a foreigner and if you don’t present your residency card you can’t get hired.

I think they are both wrong here. 1) trump advisers told him the tattoos are characteristic of ms13 because m is for marijuana on first finger, s for sonrisa(smile) etc. So the tattoos “do” say or that way with or without the added text.
2) terry admitted that tattoos could be interpreted that way.
