I think this is just a byproduct of the sentiment that we have to monetize everything. If you have a hobby for fun and aren't ruthlessly pursuing 'success' you're doing it wrong.

That's the whole strategy. If you have rolling outrage they know people don't have the time or energy to be angry about all the things so a lot of it can push through the noise.

This is so stupid and i absolutely love it. I want a giant print of it on my wall.

Shame they stole the turkey track. Its a cattle brand that was super common out west where I live. Mind you the swastika wasnt their design either but they did successfully ruin it.

I miss the world where things like this were big news. This is what I want to be hearing about!

Tried to look up info on the recent church shooting, but "2025 church shooting" brought up too many results of OTHER events. I could only find the most recent one by adding the specific state to the search. If that's not dystopian, I don't know what is...

I'm reminded of that fortune 500 company that was using AI for hiring and it turned out to be super racist & sexist. When they confronted the AI developer about it they said they just trained it by feeding it the last 50 years of THAT companies hiring history. Woops. Mathematically outed themselves.

I hadn't thought of this but I think you are absolutely onto something. Creative endeavors aren't held to a simple "pass/fail" standard and most every place AI has been used where it would be held to that it has been a clear fail.

I agree with all the points the post makes but my biggest grievance with AI is it's just another tool the wealthy use to steal labor from workers to enrich themselves. It only functions due to wide scale blatant theft and the only people that benefit from it are the owners of the programs.

It does always amaze me that when a company is struggling "pay ceo crazy amount of money instead of insane amount of money" is somehow never part of the conversation. Is paying the ceo 10% less going to hurt the company more than firing 10 employees? How do you justify that logic?

Big cracks or recesses in boulders that will have their own little bioms in them. Mosses and micro ferns usually with a spider i them like hes got his own little garden for his web house. That's the good stuff.

Kinda looks like it's standing on a table cloth now at least?

I do love to see your art, but honestly I get wanting to get offline altogether. At the end of the day you have to do whatever makes you most happy.

I got muted once for calling someone a walnut. It was the most PC grandpa insult I could think of.

The trap of being too tired to work but not working makes you feel so guilty you can't rest anyway. So you end up not getting anything done but also not feeling any more rested.
