Reftab is an intuitive IT asset management platform that helps businesses track hardware, software, and everything in between. Simplify asset tracking, streamline workflows, and make smarter decisions with real-time data.
This update also includes the bug fix related to time slots. We've implemented an "End of Day" selection to support the 11:30p -> 12a time slot. As well as a few other minor fixes and improvements.

Our fix: Display 12:00a as “End of Day” this lets users select that time block while the system knows thats actually the start of the next day.

Any devs out there deal with tricky times? How did you all handle it?

This is leading us down the road of showing a message “15 users not in Reftab with licenses” the thought is that this handles both of those scenarios. What do you think?

Some users may want to see there is a gap between who is in reftab and who has licenses. If a user isn’t in reftab we have a problem. Other users may have multi tenancy and share MS 365 licensing. Those users may only want to see their users and disregard everyone else….

I think this is a great approach. The entire goal is to give IT admins a single pane of glass for license management, as opposed to each individual license or in this case, the MS 365 dashboard. Unfortunately the answer isn’t exactly cut and dry….

We’re working on an integration with MS 365. We’re at a point we need some opinions. What should we do with the licenses that are assigned to users that are not in Reftab? We’re leaning towards displaying a message for how many are assigned but not showing the users. Any thoughts?

Option A) Do nothing. Only show users that are in Reftab that have licenses.
Option B) Display an overall message, "15 users not found in Reftab with MS Licenses"
Option C) Show all users assigned to the licenses even if they're not in Reftab.

Any insight you could add would be great!
