The FODMAP elimination diet for #IBS is hell. But hey, I get to reintroduce garlic this week. A big heaping of 1/2 tsp of garlic added to my dinner. Pray for me that I don't have a flare up. 🙏 #fodmap

Finished my weighted blanket! 10.6 lbs. I used glass beads to help increase the weight.
