My father and grandfather served to preserve our Constitution for you.

My grandchildren are counting on you to preserve the same for her.

Feels about right for my mood... not wanting to acknowledge it's gonna take a People's Revolt... storming the equivalent of a Bastille, where people will die fighting a battle no one really wants over a country that's on the decline, like Kmart in the 90s. Gahhhhh!

Bc this is the cutest thing... Bee orchid is the only name I know.

Sloppy photography aside, I think this bee orchid is just the cutest thing today.

Cancer sucks. MAGA sucks.
Bee shaped flowers don't suck.

Bee like the flower today.

Self care. Resist. Self care. Resist. Rinse and Repeat.

Like a choir, the note can be sustained when some sing while others breathe. Make space and love for those who take a breath as for those who carry the note while you breathe. Carry on!

Connect! Make connecting with others a priority... and please be present... best policy is no phones for the brief time you're with them.

Your thoughts are yours alone.

In the midst of all that feels wrong in the world, give your body and mind a break for a few minutes.

Close your eyes and imagine something good. What does it feel, sound, look, taste, and smell like? Stay with it for a few minutes longer. Breathe.

Love you!😘

...the state of the world, just better thoughts... maybe tip the scales to positive thoughts more often.

Look at posts of puppies or cats, especially the asshole cats. They're funny and sure to make you laugh.

I know. I have cats. One is an asshole.

Feelings of anger, rage, fear, etc... begin w/a thought, releasing chemicals to prepare for fight, flight, freeze, or fawn.

Your body is not equipped to be constantly in this state. This is not healthy.

Here are some ideas for regulating feelings of anxiety.

If you view the current political environment like running a marathon; sprinting will burn you out long before the race is over.

If these don't do it for you, find your own ways to

What you think about, the actions you take, the words you speak, reveal your path. I suggest you make intentional choices, even if they feel hard in the moment.
