I don't always agree with Jessie but the idea that voting is only as good as the voters and more action is needed for change seems intuitive. Progressive groups have often had mixed motives and bad elements. Critical reflection over ideals and methods seems a good idea.

Given I think that a lot of the anti-social media crowd are conservative and that big tech are far right, if it weren't for the young people in the middle, I would be happy to watch them fight.

I am not sure many people understand what Communism is. I think there are many ideas and most people think that everyone else means what they do by the label.

And debt peonage is, as I understand it, the traditional way to free slaves in name only while still retaining them.
