Finally--I dragged the telescope out, to look at the Moon & Saturn. Great success, a nice waxing gibbous, but presently Saturn's rings are edge-on to Earth so it's not very Saturny. Funny the difference between cameras and eyes -- I could clearly see Titan left of Saturn, but Halide couldn't. 🤷♂️

Ludlow Day! Cleaning the scale off of the plunger as one does, making everything nice and clean for the Stove Factory Open Studios next weekend. Maybe come in and get your name cast in hot bubbling lead!

More simming! Decided to fly Syracuse to Rochester, but had "Current Weather" set. Oopsie! No rain or shear at 10,500, but that was a fight -- then I had to go back into the murk. Fortunately I was lined up with a runway, but it was a bouncy landing. I think I busted a prop, but nothing exploded. 😅
