HOW
November 15, 2025 at 7:20 AM
There are answers to those sorts of questions I think, but no real single answer
Things aren’t so clear-cut when you’re a bowl of identity-muddled human soup
We’ve been happiest when we don’t bother with self-categorizing and just self-express in the moment

the more u think about it, the less of an answer u have, but the more answers u have
it’s ok to be ambiguous, even to urself, it can be fun

yes
but time and experience have consistently demonstrated that it’s not evil, it’s repressed and misunderstood
at least for us those feelings of harboring something evil have always ended up stemming from some forgotten aspect getting subconsciously frustrated and pent up, then lashing out

some days are harder than others but after all of it, it’s still y’all
tomorrow is always another day <3

so i think probably the best thing to do in these situations is to share the story, to make the person they tried to hide from the world real, to bring their life into view
the first step to learning something is to be made aware it exists, and to directly encounter it humanizes it’s subject

to impose a punishment on the guilty party typically misses the origin of their cruelty in the first place i think
they didn’t understand and instead of learning they feared, hated, and denied
the best way to convince someone of something is for them to convince themselves

there is no “fair” in reality, nor any true way to balance the scales for what was lost and destroyed
nothing could “atone” for what they did, because reality doesn’t operate under those kinds of objective moral frameworks
it’s just.. what happened. and it sits there without guaranteed closure

i intimately desire that they suffer for their mistreatments, that they would be wracked by guilt and shame for their failures, to in some way atone for the life they couldn’t admit wasn’t theirs while it still lived

but this is the same mentality, i think, that inspires that sort of cruel behavior

i wonder often if parents that fear and hate what they don’t understand will ever realize their refusal to change or learn new things is what killed their children
September 30, 2025 at 4:04 AM
noooooo kitty
September 13, 2025 at 2:28 PM
that’s on them. Love is oft a painful thing, but unconditional love is a falsehood, and it just isn’t worth it coming back again and again for more
Wish u the best because dealing with this shit sucks

no closure is rough, especially when it’s from the people that had the responsibility of caring for you (they didn’t do a great job) but yeah realizing it was them and not you is very freeing
if they only realize they were hurtful and selfish at your cost after they’ve pushed you away,
September 13, 2025 at 2:21 PM
you’re not alone, I’ve got responses such as “do you know how much this is hurting me?” and “don’t make this a pissing contest of who’s more of a victim”
but parents are only grown-up children, and while blood is important, we have no obligation to subsidize our parents’ worldview
