I'm giving this a go since everyone seems to be here now! I have taught Maths and Further for 8 years in a sixth form college. I'm looking to share ideas and resources with other Maths teachers.

I can get behind this. The amount of times I’ve been able to save people time by showing them some shortcut or another.
Going forward, my standard advice for everyone starting teacher training is DO AN EXCEL COURSE, just find a structured mooc and work thru it in the summer before you start. It will pay off so much over your career.
