Yeah it’s ridiculously over the top in the beginning. I feel like you really get to watch him evolve as a story teller as he finds his artistic voice.

Generator servant is a pet card of mine for red mana and haste. Red has rituals and some creatures who can sacrifice into mana if you want to try and speed Etali out

You could include things that care about spells being cast from places other than your hand, Flaming Tyrannosaurs to even be on theme of big elemental dinosaur. The mechanic was called Paradox in Dr. who but I think there are some for just “from exile.” Stolen Strategy as a back up of your commander

I can’t recall if corpses came before or after it left early access, but I do know they added the option to turn them off because people got angry

It feels like loudest fans are always the least curious and most sure of their ideas. It’s shockingly easy to reach most of these game devs too. I played a little before corpses. Highwayman and Graverobber had a very easy frontline combo that set themselves up to keep going with it.

I get this feeling from just about every friend group I have. I know it’s not for everyone blah blah blah but kids are so great! He teaches me something new every day and watching this little person form in real time is magical
