Too hectic to maintain, DKIM,SPF and DMARC is domain specific , just need to put A record first and then rest there is easy setup by cloudflare, its free. So for bulk email, i.e <5 I would recommend cloudflare to handle

Not even close. Mailcow dockerized works wonderfully here. If SMTP was the problem relay it with SMTP2GO

Yes, Smartlead handles that for me now, they help in recovering from Spam if necessary . Currently only 2 mailboxes have <100% deliverability.
