Yep. Can't transfer any Pokemon from ZA, either. So if I bought it and got good shinies, they're stuck in ZA for good.

Also yes, in the first clip, I didn't even notice that it was shiny. My eyesight is ASS, so I initially assumed it was a normal one until I ran into it.
