One thing I learned with taking vitamins is that the brand matters as far as if you taking some quality stuff or not. Try to go for organic and tested stuff and make sure the dosage is high enough. This person I follow on tik tok named Justin Kelly was really helpful in that part.

Can I ask what are some you’re taking? I just turned 30 2 weeks ago and I been on my vitamin/supplement kick for a lil min. Maybe you can give me some suggestions based on what you taking and vice versa

The only way to order them. Medium rare is too close to raw and can be cooked wrong and well done is tough asl and more often than not, not juicy. Medium is perfect when they do it right
