Trump made a deal with TikTok. They can continue in the US as long as they let the US own 50% of it. Trump then claims that it won't cost anything but it will be opened up for US businesses to bid to own a portion of the 50%.

Unfortunately, it's doing more than IP checking. I was doing some testing using VPNs and TOR Network. I couldn't connect with them either yet confirmed with international friends that it works for them.
