I have been waiting for this book to be released forever, and now it’s finally in my possession and I’m too fatigued to read it. I just had to set it down after a chapter. I’d say maybe I should focus on audiobooks but I fall asleep listening to podcasts. The point of this story? I’m exhausted.

My dad told me that his insurance company denied his diabetes medication and now he’s having to fight them.
He remembered that I have had to battle for multiple ‘quality of life’ meds denied by my insurance, he thought it may be the same company but nope.
This isn’t okay.

Bought a few people ‘lump of coal’ soap that has “For those on Santa’s Naughty List” on the packaging.

My oldest daughter texted me around 3am. I heard my phone ding because I was already awake (insomnia), so I just spent the last couple of hours chatting with her via FaceTime. A much better experience than tossing and turning.

Managed multiple health appointments today after putting them off for longer than I should have.
I’m just so sick and tired of being sick and tired.

I’ve really come to hate the Christmas season.
We’re already arguing about our schedule. Not living near family and being guilted to travel every Christmas to see them is exhausting. Next year we’re debating heading to an island. If we’re going to travel, at least give us a beach.

A lot of people in my community are really mad about our new green bins… I’m relieved! I had missed composting! Just cleaned out my fridge and happily used my bin.

I was watching a documentary the other day and suddenly a familiar face and name popped up on my screen.
Total blast from my past! A guy I met & hung out with in Florida one year! Now I have to find photos from that trip. He seems to be doing well despite having the same haircut!

You know teen isn’t feeling well when she asks to stay home on a school day she was excited for. She sounds horrible though. She’s stuck in bed. Hopefully it’s a quick virus and she’s on the mend soon.
