Convincing you to read my novel with the first sentence, but I did the whole first paragraph because I'm nice like that.

Chapter One There's a cute pinecone graphic here, and the text, which says: The client was too focused on Gloria to even look at me as I settled into my spot in the small conference room. I couldn't blame her. Gloria was tall and eye-catching and wore a suit that cost more than my yearly stipend, and I'd spent basically my entire life trying to be as invisible as possible. Still, in my experience, not paying attention to your surroundings often led to sudden, painful death. Our clients were usually at least a little self-centered, but I was always amazed at their lack of survival instinct.

The really fun part was how, earlier in our hike, we'd been reminiscing about how last year at this time we saw a bear.

I read the covers right off a good number of them. Always and forever a Forbidden Game girlie above all, but I could probably to this day open any given book to any specific scene if I needed to.

TRUMP FUNDING FREEZE HURTS MONTANANS On January 27, Trump promised that "funds for small businesses, farmers, Pell grants, Head Start, rental assistance, and other similar programs will not be paused.” MANY USDA FUNDS ARE STILL FROZEN. USDA grants and loans can be a lifeline for farmers. Many of the projects with frozen funding are already completed -- forcing Montana farmers to unfairly pick up the bill. Farmers should not be lied to and penalized because of a political agenda. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL... TRUMP FUNDING FREEZE HURTS MONTANANS The Musselshell-Judith Rural Water and St. Mary's Siphon projects are meant to expand access to clean water for over 20,000 Montanans. THE FUNDS FOR THESE PROJECTS ARE NOW FROZEN, WITH NO TIMELINE. The projects may run out of funding in the coming months, putting Montanans out of work & at risk. If federal funds don't come in, the state would need to cover the rest for the projects to continue.
