i had to back out after a while bec it was completely blocked ahead and i didn’t have any appropriate gear with me
when i climbed up to civilisation it was only a 5-7 min distance from the sidewalk while i was doing a 30 min adventure tracing a sliver of the original dirt trail all by myself

i made peanut butter chilli pasta for dinner and it was sf delicious i thought i had to burn some extra calories otherwise id get fat so i started doing it (after the food shifted into duodenum at least) and then it just kept going.. pb noodle for the win bro

if humans have to stick their noses into everything thats slightly intriguing for all eternity we can at least use that curiosity right for once and this is the first century we finally know better enough to not fuck it up further by doing so yet the fascists are trying to destroy it altogether

and im lowkey finding conversing or hearing irl about ongoing-future researches for the animals/ecology/environment with other like minded people actually makes me feel that "life worth living" the most maybe because these people are actually doing something to sustain life other than humans

then somehow this new profession suited me better than what i vaguely hoped for when i was a dumb middle schooler, and it's pumping my half smushed distracted brain with fresh unknown stuff every so often, and it's bloody and dirty and harsh and fantastic.

i honestly dont know whats happening in my life anymore but it just feels fulfilling in a new particular way which i never felt with art jobs and i think thats quite cool
