How long were you on 12.5 and how did it do for you? I’m thinking I may go up to 15mg with my next refill.

I feel great. My side effects are mild constipation (which I manage with Mag07, fiber, and lots of water), a slight headache when I go up in dose (Tylenol helps with that), and fatigue. The fatigue is the worst part for me. I now take Vitamin B injections. Those seem to help.

I think I pay for mine. The lite version should work.

Yeah - you definitely have to stay on top of it. Mag07 and eating fiber help me a lot.

And regarding side effects, my experience has been a slight headache when I started and go up a dose, mild constipation which I manage with Mag07, and fatigue. That’s it!

I was hesitant to take meds for weight loss - concerned what they would do to my body. While in prayer one day, the Holy Spirit said, “What has years of obesity done to your body?” And then He reminded me that I took chemo. If I was gonna be scared of anything it should have been that. 😂

They’re the same meds. Mounjaro is FDA approved for diabetes - Zepbound for weightloss.
