At only 300ft across, this isn't a civilization ender. Just a real bad day for whoever happens to be under the thing if it hits.
Luckily, if it where to be on a collision path, we'll likely know the general area it would hit with enough time to evacuate people from the danger zone.

Lilmothiit are still in the lore, but they've been extinct for nearly a thousand years. The An-Xileel who currently rule Lilmoth also aren't eager to remind people that non-Argonians once lived there, so they wouldn't use a fox or the like as the city's symbol.
