I haven’t had any problems. I put my pen carrier in the seat pocket in front of me tips up for take off and landings (times of greatest pressure changes). I also top off the ink in each before the flight so they don’t have much air to expand.

100% agree with this assessment. We’ve seen similar from Apple by not putting MacOS on the iPad (despite having the same chip and memory as a laptop) because they are afraid of disrupting laptop sales.
