Finished another Quilt for Kids. This one was fun because I don’t often see beetle fabric. I decided to put beetles into my pattern, which was a challenge because I was trying to make them cute like the butterfly and bee. I think I managed it. What do you think? #quiltsky

I saw MAGA people on my Facebook page three days after the election that just by being elected, Trump caused the stock market to go up.

Finished my diamond quilt. This one I pieced together instead of just longarming it.
This was my first time working with minky as my backing, and it was so fun! It really makes the pattern pop on the back, but you have to really mess with your tension so the minky doesn’t show on top. #quiltsky

I feel like I’ve only become more involved in quilting with the current political situation. Mainly designing longarm patterns for donation quilts, but also occasionally piecing quilt tops. #quiltsky
