Fired up after seeing #CaptainAmericaBraveNewWorld did an hour treadmill run for my @wwfcanada.org CN Tower Climb.
Also realized listening to the @sdpnsports.bsky.social Pod while running helps for the time and @stevedangle20.bsky.social's random yelling gets me amped up.
