Apparently sending letters is the best they can do.
The most dysfunctional organizations you will ever witness are technology companies. They can’t do much right. Just because they built some tech doesn’t mean anything to governance. Tech companies are top down, run like a dictatorship or military systems with dysfunction oozing from every pore.
