It's called PROFIILING. A CRIME. In the US, racial profiling, which is targeting individuals based on race or ethnicity rather than specific behavior, is illegal and unconstitutional. It violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment and the Fourth Amendment.
