Fortunately, the weather cooperated enough this afternoon that we could get him buried under a crabapple tree in the backyard along with a couple of our rats who passed this year.

Whenever someone tries to call a modern #TTRPG "complicated," I often want to show them this one.
This is 375 pages worth of small print densely packed into a beefy hardcover book... and the accompanying similarly designed 352 page GM Guide.

Apparently I like sci-fi stuff. Starfinder just hits the right spot for wanting the d20 mechanics but without the medieval fantasy associated with D&D and Pathfinder.
The game has lots of good adventures - I'd love to run it regularly once I get the 2E books.

This is 100% my favorite system to use if I'm playing medieval European fantasy. It was originally written as A Song of Ice and Fire/Game of Throne game and, when their license expired, they stripped off the serials. 10/10, no notes.

I absolutely love Lancer. It is, without a doubt, my favorite game to run. It is so modular and easy for players and just plays so, so smoothly. I honestly wish I could play it more.

I'd love to get that last bar up to the 2000 mark, at least, by the end of the year for @redwizard.ca - seems like it should be achievable, especially with the sorta regular traffic from RPG-a-Day.

We got the little a pleco as a start for his new fishtank...
I did not expect it would be so little (it is far from full grown - they get to be about five or six times this size within the first two years).
