Bradfield. Teals are at every market, training stations and now have a campaign office. The ALP has no candidate at all

As an alp supporter I think she should resign. I think the optics of this is not acceptable

The reputable property managers check smoke alarms annually, check water pressure and ensure maintenance requests get done. Unfortunatly there is a high turnover, low paid jobs and like any industry bad operators

The use of confidential material in AI is a tsunami that organisations are not ready for. There has already been one case i know of where an AI falsely accused someone of murder. This is the tip of the iceberg

Law school taught me to think in a particular way. It taught me what questions to ask myself when applying the law. AGLC and IRAC whilst much melind teaches you to write and set out work in a particular way that AI can not do.

I think when firms start using AI to draft and "assist" with advice this will become an issue

The same logic as international banks that are wholesale and institutional only taking out massive billboards near the airport

One massive ethical issue i see is training of AI models. Say a client operates in a niche industry their panel lawyers training their AI based on that clients data. Said client then moves to new firm and the old panel takes on a competitor client how do they untrain the AI

I had someone terrible unit coordinators, who failed to update material and were teaching out of date law or whose lecturers were unintelligible due to heavy accents. But nothing will replace teaching law students how to think and apply law correctly.

I am a middle aged newly admitted lawyer. A law student was recently caught using AI to write essays in 3 out of 4 subjects. I barely use AI but I think it will be used for drafting documents and summaries in the future. Nothing beats your own research and reading cases.
