My little black cat lying on a brown blanket on my bed, with paws and body shaped like a crescent moon. Her head is tucked under her front paws and looking back at the camera upside down. Her neck, when turning to face the camera, is rotated so absurdly far back that it brings to mind the Shaft Head Tilt. Senjougahara from the anime series Bakemonogatari. Her back faces away from the camera, but her neck is turned backwards and to the left enough that she looks to the camera with her head tilted to the right. It's a prime example of the Shaft Head Tilt, a signature pose that shows up in numerous Shaft anime productions, especially in the works of director Akiyuki Shinbo.
