No, but this is the first time in his second term it has felt like the Dems might have him over a barrel. People are mad about the shutdown but they primarily blame the Rs. So remind everyone that Ds want to reopen the gov't but maximize the opportunity for your enemies to dig themselves deeper

Have to be careful with this approach but it seems like a needle that could be thread if they communicate that Trump has done so much damage that they now also want assurances that recissions will end, because after all what does it matter what Congress says if Trump refuses?
