That's why making the game *you* want to play can be so effective. There's no way to disappoint yourself, since you can just change it!

Practically, I think there is a benefit to ensuring old apps are being maintained. "Updates" could include bug fixes, a fresh coat of paint, or desired quality of life updates. It does seem like an automatic email sent based on the gap between the last update compared to number of users.

The description is hard to visualize, but it sounds interesting. The only stupid game idea is one that isn't prototyped to see if it's fun!

The design reminds me of a bacteriophage. It might be too aggressive for your design, but a central injector would be sweet!
