This is the five-year anniversary of an event that still feels nearly impossible to comprehend. I’m obviously talking about the seditious attack on our Nation’s Capitol on January 6, 2021. I will not stay silent. I will not let this be normalized or whitewashed.

I had read that it was as high as 63% of Latino men voting for Trump because they didn’t think a woman could lead. They have themselves to thank for this shit show in LA rn. And as a white woman, it’s inexplicable to me that 51% of white women voted for tRump in 2016, and 53% in 2024. I’m ashamed. 😱

Frankly, if I lose my Social Security benefits, or if they’re reduced in any way, I will be homeless. I will not be able to afford groceries or pay my bills in very expensive Los Angeles, CA. Poor health for many years did not allow me to save for this rainy day! i’m certain that I’m not alone…

Frankly, if I lose my Social Security benefits, or if they’re reduced in any way, I will be homeless. I will not be able to afford groceries or pay my bills in very expensive Los Angeles, CA. Poor health for many years did not allow me to save for this rainy day! i’m certain that I’m not alone…
