Somehow my phone number has gotten on a scam bot’s radar. Caller ID says my area code, sometimes with a name, the call is always the same, telling me there are available M’care benefits. If I say I don’t have M’Care A&B it disconnects.
Tuesday I got more than 80 of these calls. I’ve stopped

We have AI chatbots to help learn the material, and an assignment to teach the chatbot.
Feels like a real person. Gives much positive feedback, even when I'm not doing well. Not sure I'd trust AI to call me on my bullshit when needed.
Perhaps its a better model to be than to have a friend.

At the airport and the customer service rep kept directing me how to use the self serve kiosk. ( in my defense it has two scanners and no indicator which one scans what). Then when the self serve checkout at the newsstand froze the cashier asked if I needed help. It occurred to me that this may be

I am torn.
I have several notecards from local artists. They're beautiful, and I bought them to share with friends and other loved ones.
But the artists have died.
Now I can't decide whether to use them and share the loveliness, or keep because I'll never have the opportunity to replace them.

Classmate in an online class seems to hate doctors. She’s talked about US doctors committing malpractice and fraud. I’ve resisted my inclination to respond (other than pointing out that in countries with universal health there’s less incentive to file lawsuits ) but it’s becoming a distraction.

Decided I wanted to make a new feed of people I enjoy interacting with so I can spend time here having fun and leave the outrage and politics for when I’m in the mood for it. Googled how to make a feed and tried to follow the instructions . Here’s how it’s going, and I’ve given up making the feed.
