And where was I in this dream? I don't know. I often have dreams where I just... don't make an appearance or my POV shifts between multiple different people. But I think I was a mage whose only power was turning into a bird... 🤔

The mages couldn't do more than slow them down. But then the magical folks started to become zombies, too. Fae, elves, shifters. There were zombie dragons. And then mages started becoming zombies and that made things so much worse somehow.

At first the thought it was fine, he'd summoned them at the border of the enemy kingdom so they headed in that direction naturally. But they just grew in numbers, infecting others, and the plague spread back not only to the original kingdom, but all the surrounding kingdoms.

Probably for the best. 😅
