I posted just this image as a response to a White house post claiming they are keeping all the promised they made. One comment response was for me to, "shut up." I removed the profanity they had in it. I think I hit a nerve.

Chicken's cancer is in remission. Hopefully, it never comes back. One less worry for our FIV+ princesses. And she is starting to settle in more and leave the bedroom.

Chicken came to us FIV+, with ring worm, bowrn's disease, ear infections, a wound from a dog attack, and soon we found out cancer. Bowen's disease caused worts on her nose that were cancerous. We are now cautious optimistic that her cancet treatment is working.

Chicken is happy and relaxed today after another oncologist visit. Her nose worts are shrinking, and we can stop the ointment for now. She is going back in fire weeks. But for now, we are optimistic that she is on her way to recovery and hopefully soon be to cancer free.

Chicken will not be defined by all her illnesses. She has cancer, ringworm and is FIV positive. But she prefers to be labeled the Queen of comfort. Just when I thought she couldn't get any cuter.

My poor Chicken. She is recovering from a biopsy of her nose and she hates the cone of shame. She is doing well all things considered. She is still my little chicken noodle soup for the soul, snuggling and being cuddly.

We took Chicken in to the Vet yesterday. She has ear infections. She has a bald spot that looks troubling and is getting tested. She is getting bloodwork to try to determine what the bumps on her nose are.

Chicken is becoming less afraid and showing her personality more. She likes to play with her wand toy and she is obsessed with a little puff ball. She wakes me up at night throwing her puff ball and chasing it.
