It's been months and I still haven't recovered.
I learnt that when you are in front of your Art Stove (you know you like and need to draw like breathing but you now made it a task and failing tasks hurts so your brain is preventing you from doing it), the best is to soak and not feel guilty to let it breath. I take projects back years later.
