I may continue to tweak the design periodically as I grow as a builder, but for now this is it.

All chicken coops come with friendly, non-killable, chickens walking around. If not enclosed in a fence, they wonder the entire yard.

Speaking of fences. Gates. We have fences so why not add gates to these fences.

Chicken coops could even come with a feature to have daily eggs to collect.

Character portraits. You go to a painter, pay like 2000+ gold, since I imagine this would be expensive, and you get a portrait of that character. With the frame based on their faction/class and having their name. Background is based on the character’s race. Could either be a headshot or a full pose.

The ability to lock decor in place. No more accidentally grabbing and moving the wrong object!

New storage system. Certain chests/boxes have their own unique inventory that all characters can access. Some of these containers can have more inventory space than others. Specific chests/boxes have access to personal/warband/guild banks.

The Gilnean roocking chairs having a small rocking animation. Just would be a nice small edition to add to the ambience of the game. I guess lol. I just want a rocking chair that works as a rocking chair

Pets roaming around inside or even outside as well. Could be like garrison where it’s based on favorites or a drag and drop system to have specific pets roaming inside/outside.

Downside: This could make the pets not able to be summoned or at least not while in the neighborhood so choose wisely!

Have alts roaming inside the house. Works based on the warband camp of the current character. If no camp or other character in camp then 3 random characters chosen.

Porches. Let me extend the porch. I want a wrap around porch. Also the ability to customize said porch such as the railing and roof type.

Small increase in exterior budget. Nothing crazy. Maybe up to 300 or 400. No higher than 400.

Storage boxes/chest that work as an access to the bank/warbank bank. Maybe even a guild chest as well for the same purpose but guild bank.

A LARGE budget item that allows for tillable soil to grow any food/herb from all expansions. Works like the farm on Pandaria but maybe none of the maintenance.
