Looks like I know what I'm doing for the next couple of months. Sword of the Sea has been accepted into TWO marathons! First, I will be participating in a race for Hope for the Holidays on December 5th, then the game will be ran at AGDQ 2026 on January 4th - 10th!

On the real though I'm glad I finally warmed up to Hurry Up Tomorrow 9 months later. It really is a great last album from The Weeknd.

My Big Screen Beyond 2e finally came in yesterday! I tried it out for the better part of yesterday and I wanted to share my first impressions of the headset.
It's definitely a noticeable improvement over the Valve Index! I'm pretty satisfied with it so far.

I also discovered earlier that if you go to Ordon Village as Wolf Link during the daytime, the goats there will constantly attack you!

The last 3 weeks have really been something. I go from having a car break down because of old serpentine belts to now having a new car and finally getting the insurance squared away. I wanted to get a new car before October and I was able to achieve that, go me.

Was driving on the highway in heavy rain when suddenly this battery light comes on and my steering locks up on me. Thankfully I was able to get off the highway safely and park in a gas station lot. Towing truck should be here in like 40 minutes.
I really should get a new car after this. Ugh 😵💫

Sword of the Sea is not only one of the most beautiful and breath-taking games I have ever played, but it is also one of the most fun in terms of movement, which is a total surprise for me considering I hadn't ever actually contemplated wanting to speedrun any of the previous Giant Squid games.
