3/ We want to know because some didn’t receive one type of alert but did the other. People living in the city didn’t get the WEA alert but got phone calls. People outside the city received the WEA alert, but not the phone calls.

The city just said you can call city hall, call the county non emergency number at 315-786-2601 to ask for assistance of drinkable potable water and non drinking water. If it's an emergency, call 911.
