New reason to get an orchiectomy: reducing period pain

It's referred pain because of how the nerves are hooked up, the source is still the uterus, but come ooooonnn what's with the extra layer to all this

Fran went to Abu Ghraib personally and was like “this is totally fine”

She’s also the one they had write that crappy letter after all the blizzard sex abuse stuff came out.

I have a feeling this isn't going to stop until I get bottom surgery. Even an orchiectomy, leaving me with only my ovaries, wouldn't be enough. It all boils down to fucking genitals with the cishets. Even funky hybrid junk gets shoved into one or the other box!

Transmisogyny is so wild because they'll look at a woman who gets periods without hormonal intervention, just T blockers, but because she has a penis they'll be like "Ah, so your *true* *biological* sex is male, got it". It's like some sort of one-drop rule but for sex assignment.

I'm a trans woman explicitly looking to get checked out for ovotesticular syndrome, i.e. the presence of both testicular and ovarian tissue, I get periods, I have a vagina (covered by skin) and a uterus, and doctors *still* insist on using the "male" sex marker when that's currently in question.
