Yes, but that's just skipping rose hill and Iffley road - Sainsbury's stop is still on the new route to Redbridge. The 'interactive' map/timetable should be up soon which makes it a bit clearer

The X40 will still stop outside Sainsbury's as it does now, although NC will unfortunately be left with the 45 for anything on Iffley Road itself - or head into town and switch for 3/3A

There's other night buses down the Abingdon Road to Redbridge on the NX2, but all the other Iffley Road buses stop at midnight

I guess if it replaces the 700 on that stretch as looks likely there's no net change, and Thornhill-Churchill direct is more attractive than via JR especially with the long layovers. Personally I do think Cowley would've been more useful, but must be something making this look better.

As I understand it the H2 will take the current 700 route via the Churchill so not duplicating the 600. Only heard about this through Eynsham parish council website though so not sure of details

Access from the North/West to Cowley Road for instance would be a gamechanger and resolve some of the LTN issues.

Yes, once traffic filters are in running more across the city really needs to be investigated - the orbital routes (100, 600, etc.) are all very well but a lot of destinations are actually closer to the city centre than that.

Very concerned about the idea of moving bus stops on Magdalen street etc further away from the city centre, hardly encourages switching away from the car.
