My theory is these tall aliens were made by the Pegasus Asgard to fight the Wraith. The plan is catch a human, then steroids, then cybernetic implants to keep them loyal. Sprinkle some Hoffan Drug to hedge your bet. Then off to fight the wraith, what could go wrong. The tech gribbles look Asgardish.
