Got out this weekend to volunteer for the Blue Sky Marathon & Half. The weather was great until the wind kicked in HARD about an hour before the end. Berry and I spent most of the time huddled up together, trying to stay warm while we waited for the last runners. #runsky #trailrunning #volunteer

First long run since QR and I think my legs are starting to get back to normal. The addition of oxygen at lower elevation was a nice bonus. :D Came across this old barn and silo foundation - I wish I could have captured their beauty better. 11.74 mi, 2:31:10. #runsky #midwestbeauty

First run since QR and I felt really good. Kept to the flats and got about 4 miles in. Per usual, Berry was perfect. 🐾
