I meant to get this piece done a lot sooner but I got there in the end. This is specifically an art contest submission for @themsmischief.bsky.social but also a great pull to get back into art when and where I can. This was just a really fun piece to work on and Im glad I went for it ^^

I probably won’t always do combo days but some of them just line up so well like vampire and crown here.

I didn’t have as much energy tonight but both prompts came together for one of my favorite vibes of hobbies and physical media. I need to be able to spend an afternoon doing art in the seat of a bay window, that’s solidly a life goal rn.

I’m using Inktober/Witchtober prompts as a way to slam myself face first back into drawing because HOLY SHIT I MISSED THIS😭

Did a little hair study with @beaultea.bsky.social. Overall I dont think I did too bad, I can do the outside shapes well, but I definitely want to keep practicing finer hair detail and breaking up the outside shapes into smaller chunks.

This is a piece i’ve had on the back burner for a few months but finally found the energy to finish today. Overall i’m really happy how my shading is evolving. The rock wall was pretty experimental but not too shabby tbh. I’m hoping to use this energy to get back into art semi regularly again.

Ya girl got a new drawing notebook at a pride event and I’m so back rn. Not sure if I have the time to do daily drawing again until my semester schedule starts up again but I want to just have these sketches again at least, it means a lot to me and I love this notebook

this is the last drawing of the sketchbook, I have Run Out of pages lmao. It’s incredible to me that I’ve stuck with a hobby and a challenge for this long, I’m so happy with the growth I had and the ability to share the journey. Very happy with this send off sketch too ^^

Day 128: found a figure pose that I wanted to capture. I’m pretty satisfied with how I could get most of the anatomy and detail in the skirt. the hair was a bit of a challenge but I think I got it pretty well ^^

Day 125: semi focused on speed here, trying to reign in my sleep schedule ^^
not too bad for being more of a simple and quick sketch, I’m surprised at how easily this came out tbh, not complaining tho.
