Made 2 inclusion loaves this weekend: Cinnamon Raisin & Jalapeño Cheddar. Shocked at how good the cinnamon loaf turned out despite the inclusions busting out. The jalapeño loaf? Definitely over or underproofed—it is rather flat. Both are tasty, though! #sourdough

A tale of 2 loaves: Frodough (liquid starter) vs. Stiffboi (stiff starter). Both became cheddar loaves—Frodough got a crunchy crust, Stiffboi is softer and melts in your mouth. Loving the levain method and can’t wait to test it with both starters. Bread experiments = so fun! #sourdough
