The best thing that the Uzumaki anime did was in episode one, when the dad is talking about his obsession. I think they either rotoscoped it or animated over a 3d model. Either way, the effect is really visceral and gives you the feeling that he's genuinely staring at you through the screen.

I've always struggled with building consistent habits, but this last week has been one of my best in a while in terms of building good ones. Just some simple daily exercises and instrument practice, but any consistent effort is still progress.
