I am "not acting like a child", as some would say. I am too burned out, too ill to continously mask. My therapist says I'm not supposed to mask around people who love me because it's exhausting & physically makes me ill. At this point, I'm pretty sure I'm only loved by my dog, she never judges.

In the past month alone, I have lost 2 people I know. One of whom was queer & neurodivergent who spoke of things similar to what I do, no idea if either was suicide. But likely for either tbh.

It is ridiculously exhausting being around people. In every SEN course, I've been told to understand *what* a person is saying, and *not* how they are saying it. But in the real world as someone with ADHD, who scored 10/10 of the AQ10 For ASD, my tone is constantly analysed & my words ignored.

It's embarrassing to see so many supporters, members, councilors not even know what their own party actually stands for. Many of their supporters happy that the lgbt+ is being erased, yet members of party pertaining that they're simply "anti immigrant" (racist) not anti lgbtq

No point to this really, just that for those out there who feel there's no point- there doesn't have to be. There doesn't have to be a purpose. Sometimes, life just... is.
It doesn't mean you should cease to exist. Even if you feel worthless, broken, numb. You should still exist.

I spent months begging for help before I actively tried to kill myself, and even then I was fighting the urge to feel that way. It's human nature to want to survive even if your brain is telling you not to.

as if I have to personally be the one to save someone. It takes a village, but the biggest aspect of that village is the person themselves. They have to want to speak to their GP, take the medication ignoring any taboo there may be, go to therapy.

so many friends to suicide, and felt that way myself many times, I'm no longer triggered by it. I can listen with empathy & point people in the direction of support, be it medication or therapy, without feeling a strain on myself.

I live in Britain but ever since Trump was voted in, I've had people quote him to justify harassing me. I've been called everything from a p*do, to "mentally ill" to "r*t*rd" simply for existing as myself. Feeling both isolated & claustrophobic at the same time.

It's a very terrifying time with the entire state of the world right now. To think that people actually voted for a man who admits to sexual assault, is openly racist, and extremely bigoted.

Are we in a simulation like some scientists theorise? Or are humans just self destructive?
