Standard or SOLAR time is the best. In the equinoxes, when the day has equal hours of light and darkness, sunrise is around 6am, and thus sunset around 6pm. The closer to the equator you are, the better. That's the natural way. 😉

The whole world is laughing at the idiot clown in the WH as Putin and Russians celebrate. America is finished. And that is pretty bad for the world. Ukraine's only hope right now lies in Europe, but I'm afraid they're not in a position to do much anyway. 🤨
