This beautiful 6 pointer male buck cheered me up while I was heading to the supermarket.

After being feed up with joint pain & health issues I came across to learning about #IntermittentFasting on #YouTube by #DrMindyPelz. I did all 4 types of fasting & I'm happy with the results. I lost 154lbs & cured my fatty liver.

During these turbulent times I need to keep my high cortisol in check. Stress=high cortisol,which leads to not losing belly fat. So I drink #KavaTea which was suggested by #DrMindyPelz.
