I have come a long way in 50 years, but it’s more subconscious at this point. My only daily affirmation is “Know your truth”. Have I missed some small things, yes. When I figure it out I take note, then it’s in there.

I don’t like having rhetorical opinionated news networks spreading misinformation to gullible viewers. I completely cut off CNN and MSNBC, and obviously don’t watch the rightwing media. Love the MeidasTouch, but wish it had a channel and not just social media. They need further reach.
