Discussing design, the invisible ideas that power everything and make them work.
One of the most underappreciated aspects of building things with the likes of Lovable, Replit, Cursor and Windsurf is the way it changes the dynamics at the negotiation table for non-technical founders. It is quite incredible. #ai #startup

The job roles are collapsing due to the inclusion of AI. Not just the functional roles like UX designer and front-end developer, but also across business and functional roles. I think the endpoint is just the "solopreneur" role. Got an idea? Launch a company!

I'd probably be hesitant to allow my AI agent to buy something for me for the first time. But I'd definitely let it reorder it or find the same thing for cheaper, etc. Recommerce is still a great big opportunity for AI agents. #ai #commerce

While tools are built to support the most number of use cases, when working within specific verticals, there is scope for these tools to be used in the "right way" to get superior outputs. While true for the movie industry for a while, it's now the case for software! #ai #tools

We think the way Paragraph implements AI functionality in their app is quite nice! They clearly indicate AI usage and use it for non-core tasks. #AI #AIDoneWell

The second phase of AI development efforts will be about achieving human-level intelligence efficiently. This opens up new opportunities for our AI to be run on small, mobile packages that don't require an internet connection to function. #AI #UX #Design

Our thinking is that pre-generated UX is much faster than anything AI would put together on the fly. Any reason to think otherwise? #AI #UI #UX

Reasons to work in Web3? At our company, we respect employees' need for anonymity. Two colleagues chose pseudonyms and we don't know them by any other name! This doesn't happen anywhere else. #web3 #privacy

The design of everything tends towards the convenience of its users. In a long enough timeline, it will do so despite corruption, vested interests and other aspects that may have altered the course. #systems #ux #design

The new iOS 26 glass interface is surprisingly good. It signals an evolution of interfaces using lighting and rendering techniques that weren't practical before. #apple #ui

We think the predictable accuracy of code combined with the unpredictable creativity of AI is a powerful combination. Never replace one with the other. #UX #Technology

We're entering an AI enabled world, and our interfaces must evolve. Our focus should shift from writing code to reviewing AI algorithms. Andrej Karpathy (@karpathy) supports this view. Developing Move 37 gave us insights: https://redd.in/blog/3e62d0c6.html #AI #Code #Tools #UX

We've observed that the cost of developing apps is trending down quickly, but the expected return on investment is also decreasing. This means we're heading towards a place where we can develop apps with very small user bases, possibly even just one. #ai #business #tech
