This just arrived- I'd already got the PDF. It's a lovely book! The producers aren't on here, but their site is at extinguishedcountries.com
I am holding up a copy of 'Habsburg Empire' from the Extinguished Countries project. The cover shows a grand white building at the end of a promontory- the book tells me it's the Miramare Castle in Trieste.

Sort of like this. The boxes for commentary on sources / ideas hint at a multitude of such boxes behind that one box- a box labelled 'Sources' with links to new pages, perhaps with in time their own source commentary...
